The events of life have a curious way of giving direction to one's path. I was led to reconsider my priorities in life when my daughter Kristin was diagnosed with cancer in 2005 and I decided to leave work to care for her. That experience led me to more profoundly question what is important in life. I discovered being of service, in a most personal and meaningful way. I uncovered what it's like to really make a difference in someone's life. Experiencing being of service at this level led me to look for a new career direction, one where I could truly make a difference in people's lives. As I explored the field of executive coaching, I discovered that coaching addresses one's life in a manner that allows for more clarity about who we are and what we want while working toward achieving the impact we want to have in our lives. Since becoming a coach I have been able to positively impact my client's business and personal lives. This new path, one of caring service, deeply enriches my client's lives and enriches mine as well. What I bring to the coaching relationship
